Ahh the New Covenant with Israel, this prophecy of Jeremiah is a reminder, for me, that in God we are all given a chance for a new start, a clean beginning, a new relationship. The difference between this covenant and the last one is that rather than being written down on paper or stone, this time it would be written in our hearts. What does a life lived in this new covenant look like? How does the new covenant affect how we treat the Law (The Ten Commandments for instance)?
