I'm thrilled that someone is finally taking up this issue of Biblical interpretation in how faith is wielded as a sword in political elections. I hope that Barack Obama does not back down from this fight. The Sermon on the Mount is, indeed, a telling example of how folks will fight to post the Ten Commandments on courtroom walls but not the reinterpretation of said commandments by the Son of God in this sermon. Dobson is pulling back the curtain on his operation here... it's really all about money and power not Scripture. Dr. D will use this kerfuffle to send out more letters demanding more money in the name of Jesus Christ.
